I have transitioned my practice from what was traditionally a defense-oriented practice into a personal injury practice. I still handle a handful of defense cases; however, my office and myself…we’ve never represented a pharmaceutical company, and I’ve been doing personal injury for approximately 10 years. So when I’ve come to the table as a personal injury lawyer, I’ve been successful in achieving policy limit settlements for people that are typically confidential because they’ve been against big companies.
